Hello and welcome back to Tobias Talks
Where has the week gone!?
In what feels like a matter of hours since I wrote the last one, I'm back with a another blog entry. Maybe I need to pay more attention to the passing of time, god knows my hairline does!
It's been a very quick week exercise wise too as I haven't visited the gym and yet I've still managed to pull a muscle in my back. So it's time for plan C or is that D by now? I lose track. Anyway, I need to get myself out of this fitness funk and the only thing that will do it is discipline, I don't want to go to the gym or eat a salad, I want to drink beer and live out my best hobbit life with as much cheese and pies as you can fit in a 2 bed semi.
Discipline, there is no alternative, no magic pill, no elixir or grandiose master plan that will have a more profound effect than discipline. I do not want to workout and be uncomfortable, but the alternative is far worse.
I will eat well, whilst also tracking calories, I will increase the veggies, and reduce the cheese, fatty foods, beer and fizzy drinks. It's a simple plan but it will hopefully be very effective, my goal is drawing nearer and nearer and I'm further from it than ever before!
So please, be patient, I am on the path but it is a winding one with many ups and downs. I will get there or I will die trying.
